Dawn, An Autobiogrphy of Early Youth by Theodore Dreiser

Chapters 67 through 79, about 100 pages tell of his one year attending college in Bloomington. It's a detailed description of the time and the people he knew there. Dreiser wrote An American Tragedy and Sister Carrie among other books. From 1889 – 1890, Dreiser attended Indiana University.
