Ha ha. You know, I have a funny story about Night Moves. I was trying to explain to someone where Stansifers Electronics is and I said "Do you know where Night Moves is?", very hurriedly and excitingly he responded "YEAH!". I just laughed as he remarked that perhaps he answered that a little too fast. Mark 21:37, 3 Feb 2006 (GMT)

This place has had multiple locations over the years. The first one I remember was on North Walnut, just south of the point where Walnut and College merge into just College. The location was one of those places where restaurants opening there would last only for a year, and I remember it being a Mexican restaurant right before that. It opened there in maybe 91, and by 93 or 94, moved to a place further south on Walnut, maybe the same one where it is today. --Jkonrath 16:06, 5 May 2006 (EDT)

Old location (early 90s) - 1600 N. Walnut. New location - 1730 S. Walnut. These are based on web searches, not personal experience ;) --Jkonrath 13:43, 22 May 2006 (EDT)

Moving/Closing in 2020

There was a bit of news about this a year or two ago. The city bought that building in 2017 to be part of switchyard park, and allowed them to finish out their three-year lease. At that point, Night Moves will either need to find a new lease or call it a day. A new lease would be complicated by zoning restrictions for sexually-oriented businesses. --Jkonrath (talk) 13:23, 6 July 2019 (EDT)
