I'm inclined to agree with Mark here, the holding and transfer cells are in the lower levels in the adjoining Sheriff's facility. Those windows correspond with the windows in teh long hallway that leads along the court room doors and ends at the last courtroom on that level. Chris Eller 18:27, 5 August 2006 (EDT)
