Hint #1: Located in the Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District.

Is this a "free range" graffito or is it a commercial usage? --BirdieGalyan 20:25, 9 August 2007 (EDT)

Commercial I guess. -- Mark 21:48, 9 August 2007 (EDT)

Hint #2: Located pretty close to this week's featured article.

OMG - what happened to the Encore Cafe? I really got to get out more :) --BirdieGalyan 09:14, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

It closed nearly a year ago and they just opened up a new Bloomingfoods there recently. Was this your guess? By the way, I asked on this page if and how you are related to Birdie Galyan Road. Who is Birdie Galyan? -- Mark 19:35, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

I was just being coy with my guess to give someone (anyone) else a chance. Must be a lot of people on vacation. The image is on the wall of a building at the rear of the parking lot for the new westside [Bloomingfoods]. It appears that it is an ad for a hair salon.

Correct, don't know why I didn't see this at first. -- Mark 08:43, 6 September 2007 (EDT)

BirdieGalyan is just my nom de plume. I live near Upper Birdie Galyan Road - I am not related to any of the Galyans. I have been told that this is the same general family that was the Galyans outdoors store which Dicks bought out several years ago (to the dismay of many - since Galyans carried a much higher level of quality gear). --BirdieGalyan 21:51, 10 August 2007 (EDT)

Hint #3: Behind a building that has recently changed from restaurant to grocery store.

  • I am out of the loop on contemporary culture, but I was told by someone knowledgeable about these things that this mural was done by a local Rapper / Artist named Jet One[1]. --BirdieGalyan 10:23, 27 August 2007 (EDT)
