Talk:Falafel's

From Bloomingpedia

Falafels category?

Do we really need a Falafels category? What else would go into it? I reall think we should avoid categories where we can't imagine more than 3-5 items fitting into it. -Chrobb 21:08, 15 March 2006 (GMT)

What I meant by that is "restaurants that serve falafels". Might be useful for unique foods to know the places you can get them. It was probably confusing since the name of the business is Falafel's. -Fjanis
I see. I guess I'm getting nervous about the Restaurant subcategories getting to filled with one-off categories. Falafels seems too specific to me. It's not as much a class of food as, say, French or Italian. I think Jewish might be a more broad way of describing it. What do others think? -Chrobb 21:21, 15 March 2006 (GMT)
Agreed, Category listings will be the most useful if they are kept a little more general than a specific type of food (or location, or building style, etc). I thing the ethnic definition is probably as granular as we should go; French, Italian, Jewish, Southern, British, etc. Chris 02:30, 16 March 2006 (GMT)
