The Atwater Parking Garage was built in Collegiate Gothic Style out of ashlar limestone by CSO Architects on behalf of Indiana University and was completed in 2007. The garage is located between E. Atwater Avenue and E. 3rd Street on S. Fess Avenue and holds 560 vehicles on its five and a half levels.
