China Cafe Express was started by Simon Shiu a immigrant who was taught to cook and has a experience of over Thirty Five years.Simon originally had a Restaurant up in North Dakota called the Golden Dragon.Over the years China Cafe Express has started ,but moved from the old Taco bell spot where what is now Square Donuts ,to Tenth and the Bypass ,and is now starting up again at the old Buffa Louies spot across from the laundry mat ,and Hoosier Liqueurs.The restaurant features Cantonese Dishes ,and other Chinese entres .
