College Mall is designed along two main corridors roughly forming a capital L shape with Sears and Macy's (formerly LS Ayres) anchoring each end of the L and Dick's at the angle of the L. Target is the middle anchor, occupying the former location of JCPenney. The image below was copied from the Simon web site.
