From Bloomingpedia

The USSG hosted a Wiki Panel Discussion on Thursday February 2nd, 2006 from 3pm til 4pm. It was held in the Indiana University Radio and Television building room 175 and was broadcast to IUPUI and other campuses through videoconferencing.

The panel included Mark Krenz of Bloomingpedia, Joseph Blaylock of UITS and Keith Lehigh of the USSG.

Panel members discussed how they use wikis in their environments and what concerns they've had to deal with.

Aftermath

This meeting marks the beginning of the first significant increase in daily visitors to Bloomingpedia. It also marks a large increase in the number of edits per day as shown in this image. It is possible that the people who attended this meeting where more effective in getting the word out. Chris Eller, a significant contributor to Bloomingpedia, also found out about Bloomingpedia at this meeting. There was also an admin for Wikipedia in attendance.
