Yellowwood State Forest is a 23,200 acre state park created in 1940 and located in Brown County. It contains hiking trails, camping facilities, and three man-made lakes, Yellowwood Lake (the largest of the three lakes at aprox. 130 acres), Crooked Creek Lake, and Bear Lake, all of which are popular fishing areas.
