I never noticed that before. It's a sweet gargoyle. My wife says I'm lame because I missed it. Shows how much I know.

This winged bear is on top of Maxwell Hall, facing south. It is a grotesque and not a gargoyle because gargoyles are defined as also being water spouts for roof drainage. My art trained friend was quick to correct me in this area; must be a sore spot among artsy types. Chris 02:25, 14 February 2006 (GMT)
