History

The 4th Street Festival is a annual festival of arts and crafts held on 4th Street and Grant Street. It was started in 1976 by Bloomington area artists. Every year it includes exibits of over 75 artists from all over the country.

It is held annually on Labor Day Weekend Saturday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
