Remarks about BHSN Cougar Softball

Head coach Emily Crohn during Bloomington High School North softball practice.

"We have made tremendous gains as a program since last season and now we have great talent at every position," head coach Emily Crohn said regarding the 2013-14 season. "Our returners, and primarily our seniors, are setting the tone on how well we want to do this season. They are extremely driven and are really helping our underclassmen understand what North softball means and where we want to go as a program. Our work ethic this off-season has been wonderful and we have developed faster and stronger and are ready to turn heads. Many teams will see our (1-24) record from last season and automatically deem us as a roll over. However, that couldn't be farther from the truth. Our freshmen are going to make a huge impact, not only on Bloomington North softball, but softball in this region."
