The Fourth Street Plaza, 118 S. Rogers Street, was home to the Bloomington License Branch from 1988 - 2004, and owned by Michael Woodson of Westwood Community Properties of Texas. In 2005, the property was sold to N&N Enterprises LLC for $530,000.
Tenants include the Chocolate Fix and Reflections Hair Design.
