One City Center

One City Center is an office building on the north-east corner of College Avenue and 7th Street.
The building was erected around 1915 as a Masonic temple. As such it is generally in the Egyptian Revival style - note the stepped pyramid roof and topping urn - but the symmetry of the building indicates Beaux Arts influences.
In 1985 extra windows were cut into the building's facade.
