Reliable Drug

Reliable Drug, a chain of drug stores throughout the midwest, had two locations in Bloomington: one at 216 S. College Avenue and the other at 4021 W. Third Street. It was originally called People's Drug, but the company's name was changed in 1989. The chain went into bankruptcy in 1993 and both stores were closed down. It's assets were sold to Osco and Rite Aid.
