Restaurant Tallent is a fine dining restaurant in downtown Bloomington. It is located at 208 N. Walnut Street, where Faris Market was located for many years. Restaurant Tallent was called the best restaurant in Bloomington by a writer for Bloom Magazine, and the word-of-mouth about it is also good. Tallent first opened on west Kirkwood Avenue.

• On May 26th, 2007, famous talk show host and Indianapolis native, David Letterman ate dinner at Tallent. [1]
