Should the block showing ownership, open times, etc be removed, since the restaurant is closed?

I'd say leave it in as this is now historical information. The balancing act is keeping Bloomingpedia up to date and retaining institutional memory in an elegant fashion. Perhaps someone can make a closed businesses info template to help distinguish closed from open businesses. Chris Eller 22:03, 27 January 2008 (EST)
