The Rib Cage

The Rib Cage was a local barbeque restaurant that was opened by Kevin Mimms in September 1997. It was located at 813 N. Walnut Street. In 2001, The Rib Cage partnered with Kilroy's Sports Bar and the business was renamed to Killroy's Rib Cage. Eventually, the restaurant was closed in March 2001, though Mimms continued to provide ribs at Kilroy's for some time.
