Whitehall Crossing

Whitehall Crossing is a large shopping area north of 3rd Street on Gates Drive on Bloomington's west side. It was opened in 1998. It consists of three separate "strip malls" and several other separate stores around the area. It is owned by developer Jerry Gates.
