Wininger/Stolberg Homes

Wininger/Stolberg Homes is a Bloomington construction company that has been building houses and other structures around Bloomington for more than fifty years. Most of the homes they build are in the $200,000 range, but The Estates at Brighton Point features homes priced at less than $100,000. Other projects include:
- Jackson Mill
- SpringHill
- Cameron Row
- Villa Glen
- Gables and Villas at Brighton Point
- Winslow Farm
- Walnut Center
The company was started by Henry Wininger in the 1930's. Other members of the management team include Tim Wininger Sr., Tim Wininger Jr., and Eric Stolberg.
