Current location of Talbots. Although 105 N College Ave is known as the Kresge Building, the building at this location has the word "Kresge" chiseled above the second floor.
With 14,000 square feet, the building has also housed the Sylvan Tackitt Law Office and warehouse space for J.L. Waters. It was owned by Ken Nunn until he sold it to Bigo Properties LLC (owned by Omega Properties which in turn was owned by Mary Friedman) for $1,170,000 in 2005. The second floor may currently have apartments.
