507 E. Kirkwood Avenue lies between Indiana Avenue and Dunn Street, on the north side of the street. Currently a two-story building with a stone facade, it is the home of the Bicycle Garage. Prior to that it had been a cottage designed by John Nichols known as The Shingle.
It is adjacent to the Von Lee Theater.
