BLU Boy Cafe and Cakery

The BLU Boy Cafe and Cakery opened in August of 2007 next to the Buskirk-Chumley Theater. Specializing in decadent chocolate treats, the cafe provides several kinds of sweets and pastries daily.
The shop is located in the old Indiana Sweet Shop location. The owner and chief baker of Blu Boy is Dr. David Fletcher. Fletcher also ran Blu Culinary Arts as a dessert catering company before opening the cafe.
The cafe was partially designed by Kirkwood Design Studio.
