Lotus Mortgage

Lotus Mortgage is an owner-managed mortgage company based in Bloomington. It was founded by Marcus Reed in 2006.
It has two main goals: to ensure each client contributes, usually by setting goals or explaining priorities for their own financial profile, to creating a mortgage structure and price that will benefit each client the most. The other goal is to show through its success that corporate social responsibility is not just "feel-good", but also "real good" for any company; Lotus Mortgage donates half its net profits to client-selected charities.
It is located in the former One Earth Mortgage office at 118 S. College Avenue. It does not have any affiliation with that company.
