Mark Gilcrest is one of the co-owners of the U Club restuarant north of the downtown square at 254 N. Walnut Street. He is a Chicago native, but his parents were Hoosiers and were married in Bloomington. He maintains residences in Chicago and Indiana and commutes to manage his restaurant in Bloomington.
