Monika Herzig

Monika Herzig is a Bloomington jazz piano player. She earned her doctorate from Indiana University. She regularly plays weekend shows in Bloomington and was a regular at Jazz at the Station before it closed.
Herzig and her partner, guitarist Peter Kienle, form part of the Monika Herzig Acoustic Project, and play many performances for Bloomington schools. They have two children together.
