Scholar's Quad was built in 2003 and is managed by Renaissance Rentals. The apartment community has 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. They are contemporary, designed for the modern college student. Apartment amenities include: cathedral ceilings, in-unit washer/dryer, private baths, equal-sized bedrooms, internet & other utilities included. There is on-site management & maintenance.
