The Showers Common area is the portion of the parking lot next to Showers Plaza that serves as the home to the Bloomington Farmer's Market. The parking lot was renovated in 1998 at a cost of $358,000. The new site was given four rows of fiberglass canopies. It was done mainly to give the Farmer's Market a new location.
