Showers Plaza is the current name of the grounds around the old Showers Brothers Furniture Factory Building #1. It currently houses Bloomington City Hall, an Indiana University Research Park, and CFC, Inc. retail space. The parking lot to the south of the plaza, known as Showers Common houses several recurring Bloomington events, such as the weekly Farmer's Market and The Taste of Bloomington Festival.
