113 N. Dunn Street is a one-story brick building between Kirkwood Avenue and 6th Street. It is currently one of the locations of Bloomington Bagel Company.
It was a Kinko's Copies in the 90's, but that business grew out of the location and moved operations to The Shoppes.
Marjorie Hudgins sold the building to Bloomington Bagel Co. LLC for $300,000 in 2003.
