Chi Chi's

From Bloomingpedia

Chi Chi's was a national chain Mexican fast-casual restaurant located in Eastland Plaza. It closed in 2004 after the chain declared bankruptcy multiple times and was involved in several lawsuits due to the largest outbreak of Hepatitis A in US history in several Pittsburg-area locations.

In 2002, the Bloomington location also had a problem where an employee was overcharging people's credit cards over a 4 month period. [1]
