• Roundabout being constructed on Tapp Road at Adams Street.

East side

• 3rd Street between The Bypass and SR 446 is being resurfaced in the first half of May 2008

Ashton demolition effecting 10th Street during the summer of 2006

• The south sidewalk of 10th Street between Sunrise Drive and Union Street was closed while it was being rebuilt in June 2006. This is in part due to demolition at the Ashton Center residence hall at Indiana University. Traffic on 10th Street is back to two-way operation after several weeks of detours and one-way operation (June 2006).

West side

• Fess Avenue is closed between Atwater Avenue and 3rd Street due to construction of a parking garage
